Refund Policy

PipeCare is a registered plumbing service provider. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or service credits may be issued.

1. Service-Based Business

PipeCare provides on-site plumbing services. As services are rendered in person, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the complaint.

2. Warranty Claims

If a completed job develops the same issue within the warranty period, PipeCare will revisit and rectify the problem at no additional charge. This is our primary remedy for service dissatisfaction.

3. Advance Payments

If an advance payment was made and the service was not rendered due to our inability to fulfil the booking, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if the service was completed as agreed, if the issue arose from customer-supplied materials, or if the problem is unrelated to our original work.
